What are people's thoughts on DM? Is it still worth it? Or have the benefits been eroded like EXP on AA?

The hold times on the PLT line can at times be hours long. Is the DM desk that much better? Can you reach an agent quicker during IRROPs? Do they go the extra mile?

Are there any other benefits worth spending the extra dollars to get DM? Can you ever redeem the global or regional certs?
