Too general of a question. You'll get mixed answers according to each individual person's preference instead of yours.If you listed your preferences or what it is you're looking for, it'd be easier to help you isolate to a specific property.

For me, if price difference wasn't huge, then PH. It's newer'ish, as it's the most recently renovated property out of the 3. Ballys and Paris are a bit out dated. It's the only Caesars property where you won't have to pay for parking (if you're not CR Diamond), as it's a shared lot with Miracle Mall. But the walk from the parking lot to the room is probably on of the longest. Within CET properties, besides Caesars Palace, it has the largest standard rooms (500-550 sqft). Right next to Miracle Malls with tons of places to eat. Only con with PH is that it has the crappiest pool and vibe/scene.

If you're looking for location then Ballys and Paris is a better fit since it's pretty much center strip and short walk to most of the properties mid-strip.
