Do they waive both ways or just 1 way? I would need to move the entire trip since I can't find a good alternate route on the same dates
I changed my flight from DPS-SIN-PVG-YYZ to DPS-TPE-SEA-YYZ. When I made the change, A/C had only cancelled flights until the end of Feb (and my trip is in March) so it was considered 'voluntary' at that point and I was charged the change fee. I didn't put up a fuss bc they change resulted in a refund of a big chunk of the original taxes and fees.
