If they had this before, they would have many my late arrival / early departure nights from me instead of Courtyard/Aloft/4points and Lat Krabang boutique hotels.
it used to be paid separately. I can’t remember how much. I believe earlier post has the rate charged. 250 THB per person per direction, I just checked.
i used last year. Just chat with hotel and let them know your arrival and they will send the van.
