I'm not sure I would categorize it that way but it wouldn't hurt to have phrased it slightly differently. For example "As well as posting on FlyerTalk, we would be very grateful in future if you would contact us directly so that we may be sure we're aware of problems and resolve them for our customers as quickly as possible".
