I just called in to change a TPE/SIN ticket to a simple domestic one-way. The reason I called is because it couldn't be changed online. They waived the change fee without asking and they even refunded the fare difference to original form of payment instead of etc (again, didn't ask for it). Change fee would have been $120, maybe that's why it was so easy.
