ISTFlyer could I ask you if you would be so kind to let me know the change/refund rules for a flight with Fare Basis code JN3.

I can't get into my booking because some of the flights have changed slightly and I get the "ring us to confirm changes" pop up on my laptop and the email receiot came to me in Turkish.

I'm flying AMS - IST/IST - DPS in April but would like to know my options if things get worse with the virus. News reports I have seen seem puzzled that there is no presence of the virus in Indonesia despite the fact that a plane load of Chinese tourists from Wuhan who flew in have not been allowed to return home...

I might postpone the flight until late in the year or cancel. Still weighing up my options.
