RDU-LAS (739) connecting to LAS-SAN (E75) - C+ was totally sold out on the 739 when I went to buy the ticket six weeks in advance, so I ended up using an RUC that expires in May and that cleared when ticketing by phone. Most of F ended up being filled before the DM window opened.
