I dont know if this is the new normal but the last two times I used GE, it did not show the incoming flight information and ask me to confirm the visa I was entering with like it did before. I got a X and had to go to the CBP guy to get a physical stamp. The first one was in Dublin Pre Clearance and had to pass by CBP anyway so no big deal and the second time was in LAX. Still better than regular line though.
