Programs: Etihad Guest Gold, DL FO and 1MM, and a bunch of others at a low level

First time flying QR, so please be kind. Picked 7K on A350-1000 DOH-JFK and then 5A on the return. Am aware that these are rear-facing seats. Am flying alone. Any drawback with these seats? Though at the moment, not many options for changes.
