Hampton Inn & Suites Denver Downtown-Convention Center {US-CO}
Surprised this hasn't been reviewed here yet.
Pretty much as I posted on Tripadvisor:
This place does the trick for those wanting to be close to any of several convention venues. Rooms were spacious, some rooms larger than others. Heating system was quiet.

Breakfast is a hybrid Homewood Suite/Hampton style (Homewood guests and Hampton guests share the breakfast room) and does the trick. I prefer Hilton and Hilton Garden Inn breakfasts with more selection.
The hotel is well located, modern (new) and well kept. Staff were great during my two one night stays. Rooms along the side 329, 330 etc. or alley 505-511? and similar numbers on other floors likely are quietest and I had no noise issues. Not much of a view through the narrow windows but I think they also help keep it quiet.
Comfy and good value with helpful staff--good for short term stays especially but likely not much better value centrally located downtown.
If you want more facilities, Homewood is in same building and breakfast at Hilton Garden Inn (which I stayed at for most of my stay) next door rounds out the very close Hilton properties.
