I'm a little late to the game but

Last summer my son who is an authorized user on our Jetblue Plus card, but was on his own itinerary, had to pay for his bag. We tried to convince the gate agent, but she said no... It was kind of annoying since we had paid for his flight with our Jetblue card but because I had bought it separately from our tickets, it was a no go.
