Been twice to Myanmar, and Bagan is definitely my favorite place in South-East Asia for sight-seeing. I rented a bike both times, good workout.

However, I thought that Luan Prabang was quite underwhelming and too touristy.

Siem Reap: I was disappointed by the sunrise at Angkor Wat just like you, too many tourists kill 'the magic' of the moment. However there are many smaller temples within 1 hour drive if you want to avoid the crowds, but you need a private driver.
