I have 19,800 miles to use before the end of May 2020.

May I ask how much can I get off duty free sales if I use 19,800 point and covert to duty free?

Also, I am flying economy 26th March 2020 on flight QR28 and 27th March QR676 and 8th April QR677 and 9th April QR021.

What do think are realistic chances of upgrades on these routes to J? I am guessing it will be best to see if I get an email upgrade offer? I priced up one way and its coming out at £4,0000.

I am booked on cheapest economy tickets.
