Were you (or for multi-stayers are you generally) happy with the hotel/stay? It was fine.

Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive? We booked a room with two doubles and that is what we received.

How are the rooms? Fine, comfortable beds, armchair, desk and second chair. Kettle with teabags and coffee sachets. Bottled water. Unstocked minibar. Bathroom with shower over the bath. The room was quiet.

How is the exec. lounge? Beer and wine with snacks between 5-7. Continental breakfast from 6.30-10.30.

What was good and what was bad? £2.50 charge to swim. Staff were friendly. Choice of welcome amenity: lounge access, welcome points or drink voucher.

Value for $ or Priority Club Points? Would you return? We paid £109 which seemed reasonable.
