I witnessed a TSA agent yelling "why y'all just standing there, don't you know you have to take your shoes off and take your laptops out? Get moving!" to a line of passengers who were waiting for their turn to put their luggage into bins.
Right before I had to go through the scanner I realised I should take of my sweater because it has a zipper, I asked that same TSA agent for a bin which was right next to her, she refused giving it to me and started arguing: "I told you to take the sweater off when you asked!". I never asked her anything...
This happened in T1 of JFK and one week before I had a similar issue in T2 when my bag was just laying on the belt there for secondary inspection for more than 10 minutes with multiple agents just walking past it. Went to ask what to do to other agents and after ignoring my question initially they started screaming.
I've only seen this type of behavior when someone has power over others without having any accountability. Like in prisons or slaughter houses...
