Because clearly many of you cannot read:
1.) I am NOT upset about the fee. I was confused because I’ve done this before and never had it applied. ORIGINALLY the agent called it a CHANGE fee.

2.) It is abundantly clear that this is a YMMV situation for a lot of others in this situation. A lot of folks are projecting a lot of assumptions about why I raised this. It is SIMPLY looking for clarity if I had missed something.
