I understand with my ticket I can access the Coral Executive, or the Thai Royal Orchid lounges.
This is for the evening departure (20:40). I understand this airport gets very busy so I will be arriving 3 hours before departure, so it may be that I'll be sat in a lounge for 2+ hours if things go faster than expected.

2 Questions:
1. Does anyone have experience of these two lounges and could kindly advise which one they felt was better (and why).
2. Can I freely move between them? in which case, question 1 doesn't really matter so much.

From my own research, the main differences I can see is that the food is allegedly better in the Thai lounge, but the service and facilities (inc free massage) are better in the Coral.
As I will likely have had plenty of massages in Thailand, and given that I intend to eat onboard, I don't think either of those are sufficient motivators for me to select one lounge over the other, hence looking for your feedback please.
