It IS a frustrating experience. Working on 4 reservations on 3 trips in and around Asia that go through HKG and are impacted / canceled by airlines.
Chase UR team is.... not easy to work with.
so, time and energy being wasted for sure.
THAT said, my UR points take me around the world to 50+ counties, free hotel, all that. So, uh, I’ll deal with a bit of frustration this month.
