Question: Do I need to re-apply my PP through CNB website this year? My PP app still shows it won't expire until this summer, and I have no plan to change the AU on the current PPs (me+1 AU),

Same exact dates for me. Single $350 AA egc. On another note, used the PP benefit to bring one guest into lounge on 1/17/20. I checked the app at the entrance at the lounge and the entitlement for visit and guest said unlimited. I took a screenshot just in case. Sure enough, I was charged $32 on my CNB card on 2/6 for a guest visit. CNB told me to call PP after I complained that I had a screenshot that clearly showed unlimited visits and guests. PP said that the app is not always accurate and that I should call in each time before entering a lounge to make sure. What?! Took about 30 mins of back and forth and escalation before they agreed to refund the $32. Just a warning that even if your PP app still says unlimited for the CNB PP membership, it is not and you will be charged.
