Regular suite you enter through the bedroom and pass through to get to the living room in the corner. Residence suite you enter through the living room and pass through to get to the bedroom in the corner. Residence suite has a better view. Size is the same. I think the Residence Suite is worth spending a bit (maybe S$20-30/night) more.
