One more data point. Just finished a 3 day stay. Hotel is very large, but the fit and finish is pretty poor, lots of falling bits here and there, cheap furniture. Got a nice suite with a very large patio, which was nice. No mention of a resort fee or a self-parking fee, and neither was billed. So thumbs up in that regard.
I am staying there next month and I'm debating on a car rental or using Lyft/Uber. My status is Explorist. It's a points stay, so I know the Resort Fee is waived, but will they also waive the self-parking fee? That will sway my decision for sure.
