Actually, it is meant to provide a quick overview of current and recent MP promotions and links to the threads that discuss them.
In other words, please continue to start threads about MP promotions and hold the discussions in those threads as we have so far. If at all possible, when starting a thread about a promotion, please include the full T&Cs. A good example of a promotion OP is

Some Promotion FAQs:- Targeting:
For targeted promotions, the conventional wisdom on the board seems to be that if you were not targeted, you will not receive the promotion benefits, even if the system accepts your registration or a CSR "manually" registers you for the promotion.
- Combinability:
Non-combinable offers are combinable with other combinable offers.
Non-combinable offers are not combinable with other non-combinable offers.
In the event that qualifying activity is applicable to two non-combinable offers, you will receive the benefits of the first offer for which you registered.
- Registration:
If you are having trouble registering for a promotion and use antivirus software, disable it temporarily and re-attempt your registration.
