The Chase Ultimate Reward Travel Dept tel number shown on the confirmation emails for the lodgings and flights is different than the one for cruises.

On the lodgings and flights confirmation, the Chase Travel Specialist number is 1-888-511-5323.

On the cruise confirmation, it is called Ultimate Reward Travel Center 1-800-588-2857 - but this is actually the number for JP Morgan Travel. Before transferred me to Sapphire, the JPM rep gave me another number 1-877-660-0905 - that is again a wrong number (Visa Infinite Global, which the recording said it will transfer you to your bank but I hang up before listening further the instruction.) Finally I went back to UR site to find the number on the site to call when booking a cruise - 1-855-234-2542. Need to tell the rep who answered that you are calling on cruises then you will be transferred to the (finally) the right dept.

Direct number is shown on the cruise line's site under Travel Agency, which is 918-879-9300 Loyalty Travel Agency LLC.
