Thumbs up to the Westin Copley Place in Boston. I'm staying there for two nights this week on a SPG50 rate. Called the front desk today to request a pre-block into a suite. Scott at at the desk upgraded me to a suite on the 35th floor and even offered me a choice of views and room layouts. I stayed there two weeks ago and also got upgraded to a suite after calling the hotel from the airport on the morning of my arrival. 2 for 2 ^
