Completed a 2-night stay (1/23 - 1/25) as a Globalist. At check-in, I inquired about the breakfast menu and was told to just order off the menu OR have the buffet.. then charge to the room EITHER would be comp'd. Had the buffet on Day 1 and breakfast on Day 2.... neither appeared on the final bill.

Haven't stayed at your other options, but after 3 different stays spread across 2 years... I would gladly revisit The Confidante.
