Has anyone had luck using their UR points booking on French Bee / Air Caraibes?

The help desk agent (not the regular agent) is telling me that it cannot be done, even manually.

I'm inclined to believe him, since I asked him about being able to book on other airlines that don't show up via the portal (ie. Frontier / SW / Sun Country / Norwegien) and he confimed that he could do those manually but not French Bee / Air Caraibes.
