Here's what I learned about the new program for 2020:

In addition to the $1M+ in assets with Morgan Stanley, you must hold a Platinum Cash Plus account with a $25K balance. You also need to deposit $5,000+ in that account a month to have the AmEx Platinum fee credited back.
