Hm, I think it would be more appropriate to say "Turkish Airlines should be talking to Air Canada." I don't think one passenger is going to get very far taking on Air Canada by themselves.
I've just switched from another program to M&S, and after numerous screw ups by Turkish Airlines, for very simple things, and now this, I think I've made a grave mistake.
