Rooms are NOT recently updated. Typical
older Hyatt House (former Summerfield Suites). Maintenance is ok. Not great but ok. Same for cleanliness. Residential neighborhood right next to the freeway. I don’t consider it walking distance to anything other than (perhaps) a grocery store - ESPECIALLY if it’s hot.

Hardly any globalist benefits. Staff are franchise (not Hyatt employees) and are average at best. I struggled to get late checkout....I also think HH breakfasts are the worst of any Hyatt chain but hey it’s just me.
