Ballys has 2 towers - the Resort Tower was the most recently (2018) renovated
Planet Hollywood was in 2017
Paris LV was renovated a bit before that - 2016, I think.

Imho, PH tends towards a younger vibe - Paris is a bit more staid. The new lobby bar at Ballys is definitely an upgrade but it's still a "lesser" property.
