Help With Budget Amazon Benefits
I recently returned a rental that would've given me back 10% in amazon gift cards, because I booked it through Amazon Benefits. However, the desk agent did something to my reservation and screwed it up. Now I didn't get the 10% back in Amazon gc. I tried to call Budget and no one knew what I was talking about, they told me to call Amazon. Amazon reps sincerely tried to help me but had no idea how. I went back to the rental location and they weren't able to help me either. It would've a decent return on Amazon gc. Does anyone have any experience with this?
