I've had the pleasure of three weeks in a row of IRROPS. In all cases, the subsequent rebooking resulted in a very long layover in Toronto and a more direct routing to the final destination (albeit anywhere from 2 - 8 hours delayed). In all cases, none of the rebooked segments have posted to Aeroplan. I've also calculated that I lost ~ 2,500 AQM with the rebookings. Upon trying to credit the missing miles to Aeroplan, every segment gives me an error saying there is a technical issue and to try again later. This has been going on for 4 days.

A couple questions:

1. Is there another method (apart from the website form) to submit the missing miles request?
2. Is there a possibly to also request the miles I should have originally been granted?
