Just shows we're all different. I'm a newbie to Qatar having only made two round trips recently, one in Economy and one in Business Class. I thought they struggled to impress almost everywhere, from reaction to a delay on my first flight through check-in and onwards through the flights and transits. Polished they were not.

The 777 Q Suite was nice but the table position, foot coffin and armrest/storage cupboard setup all let it down. Apart from having a door on the suite it was no better than Etihad or Emirates' A380 J - a definite case of The King's New Clothes after all the reports I'd read.
