PlusPoints question
Following a flight disruption, I received a travel voucher and an extension of 40 expired PlusPoints until 4/30/20. I have a trip in early April where I have a confirmed upgrade using PlusPoints that expire 1/31/21.
Is there a way I can get PlusPoints used for the upgrade (expiring next year) refunded and swap the upgrade to the PlusPoints expiring end of April?
