Grabbed a great deal with KLM in Biz from Txl - Kix recently. Read a few reviews and watched a few vids on YT but they all seemed pretty mixed. Just returned the other day and overall was pretty pleased. The service and food was great. Crew were very friendly and attentive in both directions, and the food was tasty..especially breakfast on arrival to Osaka. Unfortunately I'm not mad about the seat.

Firstly..the controls seem to be in the wrong place. Everytime u rest ur arms..either i turn the light on or i move the seat..who designed that? Also the video screen seems really close...moreso when the seat is in upright mode. Its better the futher u put the seat into bed mode.

I swear overall it feels a slightly smaller seat than similar seats in other airlines..but i might be mistaken .

Overall good flight..great price..so so seat. If the price was right..id prob fly longhaul with Klm again..but the seat would make me think. Safe travels!
