Yes, shouldn’t be a problem as long as the name on the licence is exactly the same as the one the ticket is purchased for. A second piece of ID may be useful. I take my Canadian passport, but that’s just in case I find the need to enter the US while I’m on the other side of Canada. No one cares what your citizenship is on a domestic flight, as long as your name isn’t on a no#fly list.
