I don’t understand the fascination with buffets. In fact I think it’s good that CX switches to individually wrapped or individually cooked items. Because at buffet there is tendency for people to talk over the food while choosing to scoop this and that, and droplets of saliva may rest on the food unknowingly for the duration that the food is displayed.
