Your TK itinerary I'm guessing would be DEN-IST-TLV (RT) for 13705mi assuming all TK metal. TK is not a preferred partner, so divide distance flown by 6, then multiply by your fare class (guessing J), so 13705 / 6 * 1 = 2284 PQP
On UA, I'm guessing you'd earn something like 5000 PQP (or whatever the website states you will earn) depending on taxes/fees/etc.
But you can buy PQP from United outright when buying accelerator without flying $1/PQP easily. So can easily make up the 2800 PQP later if needed while saving $3000 now - not to mention flying a much superior product across the Atlantic, and avoiding any connections on LH/LX in sub-par European "business class"
