Thanks! It was confusing as the logo was on the boarding pass, and in the past, it always worked. I was pondering if it had to do with me checking via LH and that maybe something in the communication between LH, UA, and TSA broke down....

I have not flown since then, but have two business trips in the next 7 days, so I will report back if it worked.....
