Your TK itinerary I'm guessing would be DEN-IST-TLV (RT) for 13705mi assuming all TK metal. TK is not a preferred partner, so divide distance flown by 6, then multiply by your fare class (guessing J), so 13705 / 6 * 1 = 2284 PQP

On UA, I'm guessing you'd earn something like 5000 PQP (or whatever the website states you will earn) depending on taxes/fees/etc.
Turkish does not operate out of Denver, so there would be an additional flight to get to one of its North America gateway cities. hirohito888 has provided a good example upthread.
