I had a flight cancelled by JAL due to weather, and would like a refund. But I can not seem to get hold of a human. I've spent hours on hold with 1-800-JAL-FONE, and have not gotten any response via any of the electronic channels I have attempted. Is there a path I'm not seeing? I have not been able to request a refund online as the refund request system does not recognize my reservation.
