Hi,
I booked an international ticket on AI website yesterday and tried to view the booking with the PNR however the website will not let me. I called AI they said there is no issue but if this was the case why wouldn’t I be able to view the booking? The error message I get is:

“Sorry, we are unable to match your travel itinerary with your eTicket. Please call our contact centre or your travel agent for assistance”
