Have you found more instances of this change other than this one case?

Not changed for USA-SIN or ICN or MNL or NRT or China or HKG ....

This could just be a temporary glitch for the OZ destinations
or
Note AKL, PPT, ...are presently 1 bag, so there may be an alignment with Oceania (but not TPAC).
