Mentioned this in the Simple Question Wiki but two of us booked a Sydney to EWR and return with midwest stopover in Y for mid October, (one on points, one paid) and was surprised to see on our confirmation that only one bag was free, the second $100, not the usual two free bags allowance.
When you use the United baggage allowance site it seems this change takes place on 10/10/20.
I have seen no news of this. Is it a glitch?
