I sat in 6C recently. I had 0 issues with any noise from the lav or galley bothering me. the curtain and wall separating row 5 from the F section was only used by the FA's and that seldom. With the door's closed the level of privacy is quite good and the noise in the mini-cabin was very low.

i sat in 15K on the return and that cabin was significantly louder than the forward one. Also in the forward cabin you have zero foot traffic from PE/Y during loading.
