PM w non-status spouse on AmEx companion cert, DL2637 SEA-LAS (19 Feb)
  • no UG at T-120 (F seat map went from 9 available to 5)
  • no UG at T-72 (F seat map went from 5 available to 3)
  • dummy booking for 2 at T-60 shows "UG available"; PM line rep says "not on companion fare; that will only happen at the airport"
HUCA; Zach confirmed us into two of the open F seats ... I don't normally do the survey, but he got a "5"
