Just finished a club level stay here and have to say I was underwhelmed all around. Nothing wrong with the place, it was just exactly like a mid-level stay at a Marriott, maybe lower mid-level. Start with check-in.
I stayed here in November 2019 and agree with you 100%. It's like a mid-level Marriott rather than a Ritz. I can count numerous Marriotts that are nicer. It's not a bad hotel, but it's not up to the moniker of the RC brand.
