depending on your energy level, you could also consider hanging around Changi Airport (Airside first before heading to Jewel). Easy to spend half a day between all the terminals with different attractions (sunflower park, free arcade etc etc)

If you arrive 2am at the hotel and they deny check-in, there's not much to do in town at that hour.
