It really depends on the airport. At BOS Terminal C, the regular line is the longest, followed by the PreCheck line which moves fast, and then the Even More Speed lane never has more than a handful of people in it at any given time and doubles as the Known Crew Member lane (so you'd have to yield to airline crew). The Even More Speed lane puts you at the front of the regular line, and if you're at an airport where there is precheck, but you opt not to use the precheck line, then they may or may not give you PreCheck Lite (BOS does not).
The PreCheck lane at BOS Terminal C moves fast enough to where I would rather wait a little longer to get full PreCheck benefits rather than use the shorter line and have to take off my belt, shoes, and laptop.
